My name is Janet Elizabeth Spence. I am the logical choice for people in search of pain relief & freedom of movement. My training began as a traditional Massage Therapist. As I began to work in the spa industry, I grew increasingly frustrated by the spa's interpretation of massage therapy, and decided to not return to that type of massage & it's associated applications.

I am an elite athlete, first. In 2012, I represented the USA in Pattaya, Thailand at the 2012 FILA Women's Beach Wrestling World Championships, finishing 5th.  I am also the Massotherapist for the Ohio Regional Training Center for Olympic Men's Freestyle Wrestling. I have coached wrestling, also conducting clinics & camps for coaches, parents & athletes. I am known nationally & internationally as a "combat sports" master therapist, working on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes to MMA World Champions, and every combat sport in between.

My expertise lies in pain management & it's permanant elimination. I am highly skilled in neuromuscular work, and I continue my studies so that I may help to lessen the burden of acute & chronic pain for my patients.

I'm regularly referred patients from physicians, neurologists, orthopedists, physical & occupational therapists, chiropractors, accupuncturists and other medical professionals, interacting with these professionals on a daily basis. They trust me with their patients' care, and for good reason. I get results.
